Terms of Service

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction) to use the Services. If you are under 18, you may use the Services only with the involvement of a parent or guardian. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.

• You may need to create an account to access certain features.
• You agree to provide accurate information and keep it updated.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for your personal or internal business purposes, subject to these Terms. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

You agree not to:

• Violate any law or third-party rights.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code except as permitted by law.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers.
• Use the Services to transmit malware, spam, or abusive content.
• Scrape, crawl, or harvest data without authorization.
• Circumvent security, rate limits, or access controls.
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation.

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process, and display your content as needed to operate the Services. You are responsible for your content and must have the rights to it. We may remove content that violates these Terms or law.

Paid features, if any, are billed through Google Play (Android) or the Apple App Store (iOS) or our web checkout. Prices and taxes are shown at purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Refunds are handled by the respective platform according to its policies. We do not control platform billing.

The Services, including software, design, trademarks, and content provided by us, are owned by LumoraTechX or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

The Services may link to or integrate third-party services. We are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices. Your use of third-party services is governed by their terms.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LUMORATECHX SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR USD 50, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LumoraTechX and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms or for any reason with notice where required. Upon termination, your license ends and we may delete your data subject to our Privacy Policy.

We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms with a new "Last updated" date. Material changes will be communicated via the app or email where appropriate. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which LumoraTechX is established, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

If you obtained the app through Google Play or the Apple App Store, you also agree to the applicable store terms. Apple and Google are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms with respect to your use of the apps. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and the store terms regarding the store itself, the store terms prevail.
