Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 28, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how LumoraTechX ("LumoraTechX", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use our websites, applications, and services, including the Mitram product available on the web, Android, and iOS (collectively, the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. Scope

This policy applies to all LumoraTechX products and services, including the Mitram web app, the Mitram Android app distributed via Google Play, and the Mitram iOS app distributed via the Apple App Store. It also applies to our marketing website at lumoratechx.com. Where a product has additional privacy terms, those terms supplement this policy.

2. Information we collect

We collect information in the following categories. The exact data collected depends on the features you use.

2.1 Account and profile information

  • Name, email address, username, and password or authentication credentials.
  • Profile details you choose to provide, such as avatar, preferences, and settings.
  • Account identifiers and authentication tokens.

2.2 User content

  • Content you create, upload, or share within Mitram, such as notes, messages, files, or other data you enter.
  • Metadata associated with that content (timestamps, identifiers).

2.3 Usage and analytics

  • Feature usage, in-app actions, session duration, and interaction events.
  • Crash logs, performance metrics, and diagnostics.
  • Aggregated, de-identified analytics used to improve the Services.

2.4 Device and technical information

  • Device type, operating system, app version, language, and time zone.
  • IP address and approximate location derived from IP (city/region level).
  • Network information and device identifiers (such as advertising ID where permitted).

2.5 Permissions and sensors (mobile)

Mitram may request device permissions to enable features. You can revoke these at any time in your device settings. Permissions may include:

  • Camera / Photos: to capture or select images you choose to use in the app.
  • Microphone: to record audio you choose to capture.
  • Location: to provide location-based features you request (precise or approximate).
  • Notifications: to send you alerts and updates.
  • Contacts / Calendar: only if a feature you use requires it.
  • Storage / Files: to save or read files you select.

We only access permission-protected data when you use a feature that needs it, and we do not collect such data in the background without your knowledge.

2.6 Payment information

If you make purchases, payments are processed by the platform (Google Play or Apple App Store) or our payment processor. We do not store full payment card details. We may receive transaction identifiers, subscription status, and purchase history.

3. How we use information

  • Provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Services.
  • Authenticate users and secure accounts.
  • Personalize your experience and remember preferences.
  • Communicate with you about updates, support, and service-related notices.
  • Monitor usage, diagnose issues, and prevent fraud or abuse.
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.
  • Aggregate and de-identify data for analytics and product improvement.

5. Sharing and disclosure

We do not sell your personal data. We may share information with:

  • Service providers: hosting, analytics, crash reporting, customer support, and payment processing, under contractual confidentiality obligations.
  • Platform providers: Google and Apple, as required to distribute and operate the apps and process in-app purchases.
  • Legal and safety: when required by law, to protect rights, safety, and security, or to respond to lawful requests.
  • Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with notice where required.
  • With your consent: when you authorize sharing.

6. Third-party services

The Services may integrate third-party services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies. Examples include:

  • Google Play Services and Google Play Billing (Android).

  • Cloud hosting and database providers.
  • Analytics and crash-reporting providers.

We configure these providers to collect only what is necessary and to respect your choices.

7. Cookies and similar technologies

Our websites use cookies and similar technologies to operate the site, remember preferences, and measure usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Some features may not function without essential cookies. See our Cookie Policy for details. Mobile apps may use equivalent SDKs and identifiers.

8. Data retention

We retain personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. When you delete your account, we delete or de-identify your personal data within a reasonable period (typically 30 days), except where retention is required by law or for legitimate purposes such as fraud prevention and backups (which are purged on a rolling basis).

9. Security

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information, including encryption in transit (TLS) and access controls. No system is completely secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please use a strong, unique password and protect your device.

10. Children's privacy

The Services are not directed to children under 13 (or the applicable age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it. Where required by law, we obtain parental consent before collecting data from minors.

11. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal data; to object to or restrict processing; and to withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, contact us at privacy@lumoratechx.com. We will respond within the timeframes required by law. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

12. Account deletion

You may delete your Mitram account at any time from within the app (Settings → Account → Delete account) or by following the instructions on our Delete Account page. Deletion removes your profile and personal content, subject to the retention described in Section 8. Some data may remain in backups for a limited period.

13. International data transfers

Your information may be processed in countries other than your own. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) to protect transferred data.

14. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated policy with a new "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, notify you in the app or by email. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance.
