Delete your account

You can delete your Mitram account and associated personal data at any time. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

Option 1: In the app

1. Open the Mitram app.
2. Go to Settings → Account.
3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

Option 2: Web

1. Sign in at the Mitram web app.
2. Open Settings → Account → Delete account.
3. Confirm deletion.

Option 3: Email request

Email privacy@lumoratechx.com from the email associated with your account with the subject "Account deletion request". We will verify your identity and process the request.

What gets deleted

• Your profile and account credentials.
• Personal content you created in Mitram.
• Associated personal data, subject to retention described below.

Retention

We delete or de-identify your data within 30 days. Some information may be retained for a limited period for legal compliance, fraud prevention, or backups (purged on a rolling basis). Aggregated, de-identified data may be retained.

Subscriptions

Deleting your account does not automatically cancel subscriptions purchased through Google Play or the Apple App Store. Cancel subscriptions in the respective store before or after deletion to avoid further charges.
